How to make a reservation Check our Availability Calendar for your desired dates. Please carefully review our Policy. Call Martha at 256-679-3228 or fill out our Reservation Form to select your dates and provide us with your personal information . We will then prepare the quote for your reservation and block these dates for 24 hours. An advance of 50% deposit of your total vacation rent including the refundable security deposit of $100 is required to make your reservation and guarantee your dates. We offer two form of payments: by check or use PayPal (see details on our Terms & Conditions). * You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation after your payment. Final Cleaning Fee Please note that there is a charge for final Cleaning $45 (Which will be deducted from your deposit). No additional payment will be neccessary for this concept. In the event of using Paypal as a form of payment, there is a 3.99% surcharge fee to be added to your payment. Please review our Terms & Conditions Deposits / Due Dates Once received, your payment we will send you the Booking Confirmation with a detail information about the apartment and contact in Lima. The balance of your stay is due at your arrival in Lima. Any damage to the property, other than normal wear and tear, is the responsibility of the tenant. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure less any damage. Refunds Please review our Terms & Conditions. Other Charges Although electricity is included, we will charge for any excess that is above the normal usage band. Please inquire about it ( exact amount specified on the Booking Confirmation).
